Kortejärvi Nature Observation Tower
Nature watching is excellent on the shores of Lake Kortejärvi, where you can climb the birdwatching tower and take a break at the nearby rest area. A publication introducing the nature of Kortejärvi is also available.

Nuutajärvi Nature Observation Tower
Built in 2019, the nature observation tower is located at the western end of Lake Nuutajärvi. The tower can be reached, for example, by walking from the Nuutajärvi Glass Village along the road that passes through the manor area.

A few things to keep in mind: if you arrive by car, you can park in the location marked on the map. From the lakeside road, the tower is reached by walking along the edge of the field – please do not cross the field. When approaching the tower from the reed bed, it is best to move calmly and quietly, as birds may be resting very close to the tower.

During the construction of the tower, a moorhen was observed – a species that had not previously been recorded in Urjala.
